In this role, you will be the resource families rely on during critical moments, guiding them through the admissions process and introducing them to life-changing programs.

-Welcome and guide clients and their families through a seamless admissions process.
-Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about our programs and services.
-Offer empathetic support, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for.
-Manage documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
-Demonstrate professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.


What We’re Looking For:

-Previous experience in admissions or healthcare, including insurance verification (preferred).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
