Facilities Assistant
A Highly Reputable Venture Capital Firm in Menlo Park is seeking an experienced and friendly Facilities Administrator to support their Facilities Manager onsite at their beautiful office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the vendor management, property upkeep, light gardening, and other hands-on tasks, while remaining flexible to support the Facilities Manager.

*This is a full time onsite role located in Menlo Park, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for staying on top of facilities calendars and Excel spreadsheets with annual/weekly tasks
• Coordinating with vendors on repairs or other requests, following up diligently as needed
• Provide hands-on support to office and building operations
• Collaborate with the office administrative team to support any event needs
• Conduct light gardening and handiwork as needed to ensure grounds are kept tidy and orderly
• Supporting the office and team requests
• Ability to take on additional support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Experience in facilities management and operations
• A friendly and helpful disposition with an eagerness to learn the
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Vaccinated & Boosted
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000
