Account Executive

A dynamic insurance agency specializing in entertainment and sports is seeking an experienced Account Executive who is licensed in both personal and commercial insurance to manage high-profile client accounts, including HNWIs, attorneys, and business managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, exceptional communication skills, expertise in policy management and risk assessment, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. This role requires a strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a collaborative approach to delivering tailored solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee personal and commercial insurance accounts for high-net-worth individuals and high-profile clientele, ensuring personalized service and tailored solutions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and proactively addressing their insurance needs.
- Analyze client portfolios to identify risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Handle renewals, policy changes, and claims processing while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and the internal team to negotiate and secure optimal insurance policies for clients.


Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree.
- Must hold a current and active personal and commercial insurance license.
- Proven experience as an insurance broker, managing both personal and commercial accounts.
- Character sketch: Proactive, Quick Thinker, Natural Problem Solver, Articulate and Service Oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and provide exceptional service to high-profile clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic with a track record of success in the insurance industry, showcasing a hunger for growth and development.
- In-depth understanding of personal and commercial insurance products, industry regulations, and risk management principles.
