Executive Assistant - Investor Relations

A well-known private equity firm based in Los Angeles is looking for a self-starting Executive Assistant to join their growing team. This role will provide dedicated support to the Investor Relations (IR) and fundraising workstreams across the firm. The ideal candidate has experience providing high-level administrative support and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a rapidly expanding investment team.

Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management and meeting coordination, specifically for IR and fundraising initiatives
  • Acting as the gatekeeper to phone and email inboxes, ensuring efficient communication with investors and stakeholders
  • Booking travel and preparing detailed travel itineraries for roadshows and fundraising events
  • Preparing and managing expense reports
  • Supporting IR and fundraising projects, including tracking key deliverables and deadlines

About the Candidate

  • Experience providing high-level administrative support, ideally within IR or fundraising teams
  • Mastery of office systems such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated success juggling multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
  • Experience coordinating business and personal calendars
  • Sophisticated communicator with exceptional writing skills, particularly in correspondence with investors
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • High degree of discretion, with an aptitude for independent judgment
  • Adaptable, motivated, and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to handle confidential material with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Ability to work fully on-site
  • Bachelor’s degree required
