Sourcing Coordinator

Our home goods client is seeking for a team-oriented Sourcing Coordinator who is passionate about product! The Sourcing Coordinator builds strong cross functional relationships by approaching all interactions with a service mindset. This is an independent and self-motivated person that acts as an owner and excels in a fast paced, dynamic work environment

Responsibilities:

• Process - Supports delivering products within parameters set by design
• Involved in cross functional alignment on development goals
• Support weekly PD and SSR meetings for all / assigned categories
• Communicates accurate details relating to costing, MOQ, timeline and product details to all cross functional partners and vendors / agents
• Maintains accurate production charts and tools that are consistent with the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) system
• Timeline Management -Supports adherence to all timing goals : Product Approval, PO Due Dates and PLM Validations
• Supports the communication on follow up and troubleshooting timelines
• Costing- Supports negotiates newness costing based on financial targets and design parameters

Qualifications:

• Must be excellent at Microsoft office, especially excel
• Must have retail experience
