Investor Relations/Client Services Associate
Our client, an established investment firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate to join its Investor Relations team. The team is responsible for fundraising support, client onboarding, and providing exceptional client service across the firm’s platform. The role offers ample support in managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), ensuring a collaborative and resource-rich environment.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fundraising Support
• Coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other information requests.
• Develop and update marketing materials (e.g., pitch books, tear sheets) and customized presentations.
• Maintain fund datarooms during fundraising periods.
• Populate consultant and other databases with firm and product information.
Client Service
• Prepare, distribute, and track customized reporting (e.g., custodian reports, SMA deliverables).
• Coordinate materials for client reviews.
• Act as a liaison between investors, back-office administrators, and internal departments to ensure top-tier service.
• Process investor-initiated transactions, such as subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of interest.
• Complete investor-initiated diligence questionnaires.
Other Responsibilities
• Support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Manage ongoing diligence requests from fund administrators and other partners.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of capital markets (e.g., high-yield bonds, broadly syndicated loans) and/or alternative investments.
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
