Assistant to Office Concierge

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing special requests for guests, such as grocery runs for investor preferences and coordinating tailored lunch orders for visitors and team members.
• Welcoming and greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintaining office organization, including ordering supplies, stocking essentials, and coordinating with vendors.
• Supporting the upkeep of the office environment, which involves frequent movement, traversing stairs, and occasionally lifting and carrying items like boxes or supplies.
