Account Executive - Digital Native

Our client, a leading Software Company is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive focusing on the Digital Native sector (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, and technology-first businesses). In this role, you will be critical in identifying and closing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Location: Remote (San Francisco or Southern California)

Type: Temp-to-Hire


Compensation: $80K - $160K Total Comp (base salary + commission)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with decision-makers in digitally native companies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, driving new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to provide consultative sales support.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tech applications, SaaS, or data solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
