Marketing/ Brand Manager
Our client, a Toy/Gaming industry leader, seeks candidates with a strong background in consumer marketing—preferably in the toy industry. Here you will lead marketing campaigns, support the development of new brand initiatives, and work cross-functionally with internal teams and key stakeholders.
Type: Long-Term Temporary (up to 12 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead child-targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute action plans.
- Oversee the production and deployment of marketing assets to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Support the ongoing development and management of brand initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance and consumer response metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Deliver regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in consumer marketing with a focus on children’s products or campaigns (toys preferred).
- Experience with toy brand development is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing asset creation and project action planning.
- Proven ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage remote collaboration.
