Admissions Representative

Our client, a leading healthcare organization is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis!

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families? In this role, you will be the resource families rely on during critical moments, guiding them through the admissions process and introducing them to life-changing programs.

Pay: $20-22/hr
Shift: Overnight
Hours: 12am - 8am
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Remote, with On-Site training in Irvine

Responsibilities:‍

• Welcome and guide clients and their families through a seamless admissions process.
• Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about our programs and services.
• Offer empathetic support, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for.
• Manage documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Demonstrate professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
  

Qualifications:‍

• Previous experience in admissions or healthcare, including insurance verification (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
