Executive Assistant

A prestigious talent management/production company is seeking an executive assistant to Partner and Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strong administrative capabilities and technical expertise, including advanced Excel proficiency, and ideally, a background in business or accounting. Tech-savvy candidates with experience in AI or coding are strongly preferred. At least one year of professional experience is required.
Some duties include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Excel/Accounting Expertise:
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, with skills extending beyond basic functions.
• A background in business or accounting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI, coding, or advanced technological tools is a plus.
• Ability to be self-sufficient and take ownership of significant company components.
Administrative Support:
• Manage high-volume phone lines.
• Coordinate and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel bookings.
• Oversee client submissions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while providing comprehensive support.
• Exhibit initiative, resourcefulness, integrity, and a commitment to the team’s success.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.

While previous desk experience is not required, a proactive and ambitious attitude is essential to succeed in this fast-paced and rewarding environment.
