Influencer Marketing Manager
A boutique agency is seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping and driving strategies that engage Hispanic audiences, leveraging cultural insights and social trends to deliver exceptional results.
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will oversee every aspect of campaign execution, from strategy development and talent casting to deal negotiation and reporting. Your work will focus on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), wellness, and personal care brands, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client goals and resonate authentically with target audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and possesses a passion for influencer marketing and social media trends.
Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Hourly Rate: $40–$50 per hour
Location: REMOTE; PST hours are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Development
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Hispanic market, ensuring campaigns are culturally relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer initiatives with broader brand objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers within the Hispanic community.
Talent Casting & Deal Negotiation
- Lead talent sourcing and vetting processes, with a meticulous focus on brand alignment, audience demographics, and content quality.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of influencer profiles, ensuring brand safety and compliance with campaign standards.
- Build strong relationships with influencers and their representatives, maintaining professional communication throughout all stages of the campaign.
- Negotiate contracts, establish clear deal terms, and prepare detailed creative briefs to guide influencer deliverables.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including creative briefing, timeline management, and deliverable reviews.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure high-quality output that meets or exceeds campaign expectations.
- Track real-time audience sentiment, flagging potential issues such as negative feedback or influencer behavior that could impact campaign success.
- Ensure influencers are compensated accurately and promptly, fostering positive long-term relationships.
Reporting & Analytics
- Compile and analyze performance data to create detailed end-of-campaign reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
- Maintain consistent communication with brand partners, sharing regular updates on campaign progress and talent performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage day-to-day workloads across campaigns, delegating tasks to coordinators and ensuring team alignment.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams across disciplines to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3–4+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with CPG, wellness, or personal care brands.
- Proven success in executing campaigns specifically targeting Hispanic audiences, with demonstrable examples.
- Established connections with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and cultural nuances within the Hispanic market.
