Marketing Manager
A leading Retail/CPG brand has an immediate need for a temporary Marketing Manager. In this role, you will define and implement marketing initiatives, be at the forefront of strategic decision-making—evaluating market trends, uncovering untapped opportunities, and guiding cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless execution of priorities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer-centric strategies, and operational efficiency, coupled with the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Establish product, service, and development priorities that align with projected results.
-Evaluate short- and long-term returns to optimize the use of assets and resources.
-Partner with other departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the broader organizational goals; drive alignment between strategic plans and marketing initiatives.
-Conduct customer and competitive research to identify emerging trends and unmet needs.
-Ensure product offerings, technical support, and services meet customer expectations while maximizing overall profitability.
-Research and identify new product and service opportunities that leverage core competencies.
-Explore untapped markets and innovative solutions to enhance growth.
-Create and deliver impactful marketing collateral to support sales efforts, including partnerships with sister companies and distributors.
-Lead internal communication initiatives, including marketing, training, motivation, and incentive programs; enhance team engagement and alignment across the -organization.
-Design and implement processes and systems to optimize marketing support functions.
-Ensure consistent, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
