What We’re Looking For:
- Active Florida Bar admission and experience in Florida law are essential.
- Proven litigation experience in Personal Injury is a must.
- Trial and defense experience is a plus!
- A self-starter with a relentless 24/7 mentality—ready to dive into cases with enthusiasm.
- Ability to thrive in a team-driven atmosphere while maintaining personal accountability.
- Enjoy a relaxed work culture but hold a strong commitment to delivering results.
- Preference for candidates comfortable working onsite in Clearwater, FL.
- Licensing in Texas, Georgia, or California is a bonus!

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage cases.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive approach—able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without the need for micromanagement.
- Proven adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
