Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate is a proactive and driven professional who is eager to exceed expectations in every task. They excel in fast-paced environments, have experience supporting large teams, and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, rapidly growing, and collaborative firm.

Candidates must have 3+ years of administrative experience out of financial services!

You will be responsible for providing seamless, high-level support to the firm’s internal team. The ideal candidate is very eager, driven and has an all hands of deck mentality!

5 days onsite - Midtown, NYC

Compensation: $110 - 120k base range + bonus eligibility


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses.
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation of materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and operational initiatives.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to enhance executive efficiency.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance, consulting, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
