Assistant Retail Manager

Our client, a luxury silk and cashmere brand, is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:‍

• Achieve individual sales targets and inspire team members to reach their goals.
• Develop and expand the customer base by leveraging relationships with high-profile clientele.
• Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to foster strong client relationships.
• Maintain effective communication with the General Manager/Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Motivate and lead the team by fostering a positive work environment, driving accountability, and celebrating successes.
• Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including inventory management and daily store functions.
• Assist in training and developing staff to enhance sales performance and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a high-end retail environment.
• Strong ability to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
• High-energy personality with a passion for fashion and sales.
• Advanced customer service and clienteling skills.
• Proficiency in Visual Merchandising to maintain an elevated store presentation.
• Ability to drive results through team motivation and performance management.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
