Supply Chain Analyst

A leading E-Commerce/CPG brand is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Analyst for a 3-month assignment! Here you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order execution and delivery, with day-to-day responsibilities including validating and processing incoming customer orders, optimizing logistics operations with 3PL partners, and collaborating closely with the Planning team to address product availability. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for efficiency, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Remote; PST hours are highly preferred


Key Responsibilities:‍

• Oversee and manage the execution of customer orders, ensuring on-time shipping and delivery.
• Monitor and track order performance through a customer database, including order fill rates, on-time shipping, ASN compliance, and Vendor Charge-Back results.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Planning and 3PL teams to identify gaps and drive seamless order execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure performance expectations are consistently met.
• Communicate with Supply Chain Planning and 3PL teams to address orders requiring special handling for timely service.
• Balance case fill and on-time delivery goals, optimizing fulfillment while minimizing disruptions.
• Lead operational and network design initiatives related to retail business expansion.
• Support the execution of new programs and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash fulfillment process, including brokered operations if applicable.
