Director of Performance Marketing
Our client, an Ecommerce Brand is actively seeking a driven and data-savvy Director of Marketing Acquisition to lead our media investment strategy and drive customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CMO and General Managers to develop and optimize a full-funnel marketing strategy, focusing on both existing and new customer bases. You’ll be using data to drive decisions, create innovative strategies, and continually improve their marketing performance. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a few years of hands-on acquisition marketing experience, and an instinct for blending data with creative strategy to solve ambiguous challenges.
Salary: $120k - $200k
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with General Managers to understand market trends and customer behaviors.
• Lead and improve digital marketing efforts, including paid search, SEO, display ads, email, retargeting, and paid social.
• Manage monthly marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports to meet customer acquisition cost and volume targets.
• Optimize marketing campaigns, automate processes, and improve overall funnel efficiency.
• Work with the Data Science team to enhance marketing performance through customer segmentation and audience targeting.
• Explore new partnerships to expand marketing reach and drive quality traffic.
• Continuously adopt new marketing technologies and trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Work with creative teams to test and improve marketing assets like ads and landing pages.
What You’ll Need:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in acquisition marketing with a focus on data-driven strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and experience with marketing technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to drive marketing decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, automation, and growth hacking.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and performance marketing platforms.
• A high level of integrity, accountability, and a drive for excellence.
