Marketing Director
Our client, a sweet and playful children's accessories brand, is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team! This role is fully remote role with bi-annual travel to Seoul required.
$130,000-$160,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute conversion-driven digital campaigns to grow website traffic and increase purchase intent.
- Manage U.S. social media accounts, including influencer collaborations, UGC content, and performance reporting.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and PR, optimizing both paid and unpaid efforts.
- Oversee affiliate marketing on the LTK platform, managing talent outreach, partnerships, and performance tracking.
- Act as the primary liaison between HQ and the PR agency, coordinating PR outreach, campaign assets, and KPI tracking.
- Support paid media efforts by providing local market insights, content recommendations, and promotional assets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the NA market while aligning with global brand guidelines.
- Manage product launches, seasonal promotions, and annual marketing calendars, localizing HQ strategies for the U.S. market.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product and digital marketing for a D2C brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the North American customer, buying behaviors, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Figma, Asana, GA4, and automation tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Candidates based on the East Coast preferred.
$130,000-$160,000 depending on experience
