EA to Chief of Staff – Prestigious Hedge Fund

Our client, an employee-centric hedge fund is seeking a stellar Executive Assistant to support their wonderful Chief-of-Staff. Location: Their office is in Midtown and offers a hybrid schedule in office.

Compensation: $100-120k base (DOE) + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits/perks


Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Heavy, complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, screening calls, really acting as a true gatekeeper prioritizing time.
  • Booking domestic and international travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, visas, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries etc.
  • Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing critical correspondence.
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders to schedule meetings including anticipating all requirements (presentation technology, catering, etc.) to ensure professional operations.
  • Assisting with preparation of expense reports.
  • Handling special projects as needed.
  • Personal work including coordinating appointments, managing events, gits.

  • Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation.
  • Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work diligently and continuously refine various work activities.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and people skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printer, copiers, audio visual systems).
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of EA experience in finance supporting high level executives
  • Degree required
