Administrative Assistant - Finance Team

In this dynamic position, you will utilize your rock star administrative skills supporting a team of 6 – 8 bankers (MDs, Directors, VPs, Associates). Ideal candidates have experience in administrative support within a corporate financial institution and are dedicated to developing their skills further. They are proactive, resourceful, and always ready to go the extra mile to support the team.


Base salary range: $120 -125k base + OT + Bonus eligible

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote - Midtown, NYC

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm with flexibility for OT and weekend hours


You will:

  • Coordinate complex calendars in collaboration with colleagues spanning multiple time zones
  • Screen, respond to, and follow up on email correspondence in a timely manner
  • Plan and coordinate events for internal teams
  • Manage expense reports and billings for the executive
  • Arrange complex multi leg international and domestic travel plans via concur
  • Manage ad hoc projects as assigned, liaising between the executive and staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

You have:

  • Financial Services Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6-12+ years of industry experience required
  • Technological prowess in the Outlook and the MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangement prowess in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones
  • Experience planning and coordinating events
  • A go-getter, “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Concur experiencer required
  • This role requires a 24/7 mentality
