Executive Assistant to Deal Team

Our client, a cutting-edge, tech-forward Private Equity firm who invest in the AI and digital sectors is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their deal team. They are looking for a team player who is upbeat, brings a positive energy to the office and operates with high attention to detail, and a "no job too small or too big" mentality.


*This is an in-office role, 5 / day week based in Manhattan.

Responsibilities
• High volume and complex calendar management– juggling a heavy calendar experience required
• Handle Travel coordination and logistical planning
• Expense report management
• Assisting with Office Management duties as well - on-boarding, ordering supplies, snacks, stocking pantries and vendor management

Qualifications
• 2-5+ years of administrative experience within finance or professional services - Private Equity a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Tech-savvy , Microsoft office, slack etc.
• Able to work with discretion and efficiency
