A boutique marketing firm is in search of a top-tier media planning and buying expert to optimize campaigns across multiple channels! In this role, you will shape how we track and analyze fan data across various platforms and work on high-impact campaigns with a cutting-edge approach to media planning and optimization. Ideal candidates will come with experience in the sports or entertainment industries and thrive in the world of data-driven media buying.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic media buying plans across multiple digital platforms
  • Optimize campaigns based on real-time data and performance insights
  • Manage budgets, track key KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Work closely with internal teams to integrate data sources for better audience insights\
  • Navigate existing data systems to manually consolidate fan engagement and ad performance reporting
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency through new tools or processes
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to drive better results

  • Media Planning & Buying Specialists with expertise across platforms like Meta, Google, Bing, and more
  • Professionals who understand data integration and reporting—ensuring seamless consolidation of fan data
  • Individuals familiar with tools like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, and other social media/data aggregation platforms
