Our client seeks an experienced Charter Manager to oversee luxury yacht charter operations in Fort Lauderdale. This role involves managing an exclusive fleet, collaborating with yacht owners, brokers, and high-net-worth clients to ensure exceptional charter experiences. Travel for pitches, boat shows, and industry events is expected, with potential for a hybrid work structure in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple yachts within the charter fleet. - Cultivate strong relationships with yacht owners, captains, crew, and brokers globally. - Handle inquiries, negotiations, contracts, and logistics for seamless charter operations. - Proactively market the yacht portfolio to brokers. - Respond professionally and promptly to all inquiries. - Coordinate marketing initiatives and attend industry events. - Ensure compliance with regulations and contractual requirements. - Deliver outstanding customer service to charter guests before, during, and after their trips. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. - Enhance client satisfaction by fostering relationships with owners. Qualifications: - 3–5 years of experience in yacht charter management or brokerage within the luxury yachting sector. - Strong knowledge of charter regulations and industry best practices. - Willingness to travel for events and client meetings.
