Temp Customer Support Specialist

Our Luxury Bath and Kitchen Design client is seeking a Contracted Customer Support Specialist to join their Miami Design District Showroom. Please note - this will be an ongoing contracted position for 4-5 months. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday.


Responsibilities:‍

• Sales support in the form of qualifying walk in traffic/answering phones
• Quoting for sales orders/spec packet preparation
• Preparing for client visits (set up conference room)
  
• Help with organizing/ordering samples
• Help with showroom inventory/organizing showroom
• Order processing/sales administrative tasks.

Requirements:‍

• MUST be strong in learning systems such as order entry
• Looking for candidates with customer service and order management background.
• Autonomous and results-oriented Personality.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
