Operations Assistant
Our client, a mission-driven investment firm with a focus on sustainability, is looking to hire an Operations Assistant to support internal operations out of their Costa Mesa office. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is excited to support a values-led organization committed to long-term, impactful work.
The Operations Assistant will report into the Finance & Accounting team and will play a key role in supporting operational workflows, managing schedules and expenses, coordinating projects, and helping streamline internal processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a foundation in operations and finance while contributing to a company with a clear purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support with expense management, invoice tracking, and data entry
• Assist in coordinating internal projects and cross-functional communication
• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar logistics for leadership
• Oversee office operations and vendor coordination
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of collaboration tools is a plus
• Interest in sustainability and contributing to mission-aligned work
