Senior Media Buyer

Our client, a versatile Photography Company, is seeking a Remote Senior Media Buyer to join their team in a temp-to-hire capacity ASAP. The Media Buyer will be responsible for scaling ad campaigns across growing locations while achieving sustainable growth, lowering cost, and fibbing ROI.



*REMOTE Must be in an EST or CST time zone

*Must be open to a contracted position


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
  • Test new audiences, creatives, and angles to combat fatigue and expand reach
  • Scale winning campaigns to maximize sessions booked while maintaining ROAS and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and test new ad creatives (videos, images, angles).
  • Develop systematic testing strategies and pipelines for evaluating hooks, copy, CTAs, and retargeting creatives.
  • Address creative fatigue with fresh concepts that align with seasonal trends and audience preferences.
  • Implement a structured approach for audience segmentation, including single-interest, lookalike, and exclusion-based targeting strategies.
  • Leverage attribution models and dashboards for tracking booking performance across platform and multi-touch conversion paths.
  • Generate weekly reports with clear insights: what’s working, what’s not, and actionable recommendations.
  • Recommend and implement tools for enhanced attribution, such as advanced pixel usage, offline conversions, and cross-channel integrations

Qualifications:

  • Must have 4+ years working in similar Media Buyer positions
  • Experience with platforms such as Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Must be analytical
