Account Executive

Syndicatebleu, our creative and marketing team, is looking for a driven and talented Account Executive Recruiter to join our high-energy sales and recruiting team in NYC.

As an Account Executive Recruiter, you will interact directly with our top clients and candidates on full time, permanent placements within advertising, marketing, technology, startup, digital, e-commerce, healthcare, hospitality and more.

What you will do:
• Help grow and develop new business through cold calling and attending networking events, etc.
• Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our database
• Screen resumes and portfolios, conduct phone screens and video and in-person interviews
• Submit qualified candidates to appropriate jobs with our clients
• Coordinate and coach candidates for interviews with our clients
• Follow up with candidates and clients, gather feedback, and conduct debriefs
• Handle background and reference checks
• Negotiate and present offers and fee agreements
• Ensure a smooth process throughout the job lifecycle
• Keep informed of new sourcing strategies and knowledgeable of the hiring market and the industries we work with

What you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• At least 2+ years of relevant sales or recruiting experience; or experience in Advertising, Marketing, PR, Fashion or E-Commerce space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as tech savvy
• Strong sense of organization and follow-through
• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities
• Creative with an enthusiastic and confident demeanor
• An interest in building a career in recruiting and managing a full 360 desk
