Associate Demand Planner

A notable toy company in the US is actively seeking an Associate Demand Planner to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an entry level position that presents a great opportunity to broaden your experience, while working alongside key sales and marketing partners to learn valuable industry tools.

This is a 3-month temporary position with potential to convert to full-time.

The selected candidate MUST be able to work 4 days a week onsite in Los Angeles.

Pay: $25-30/ hr

Responsibilities:
‍

• Assist with Anaplan demand implementation
• Assist with improving forecasting accuracy and bias targets
• Vet volume projections at toy, account, and brand levels
• Perform moderate analysis in Excel
• Model and analyze seasonality profiles

‍

Experience:‍

• Basic knowledge of Anaplan or other planning tools
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar analytics dashboards
• Experience with forecasting and making data-driven projections
• Ability to lead meetings with a diverse group, including senior leadership (up to VP level)
• Expert level proficiency in Excel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
