Property Manager

A rare opportunity to manage a 6-acre private estate in mid-country Greenwich, CT. This role has not been open in 20 years and will replace a long-tenured caretaker who is retiring. The Property Manager / Caretaker will oversee all operations, maintenance, and services, ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standards. This includes supervising vendors, managing financials, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, particularly when the family is in residence.

Key Responsibilities:‍

• Property Maintenance – Oversee upkeep, repairs, and construction projects to ensure quality and compliance.
• Vendor & Team Management – Supervise service providers and collaborate with the family driver, housekeeper, and family office.
• Financial Oversight – Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports.
• Event & Seasonal Preparation – Support family gatherings, including an annual reunion, with heightened service levels.
• Driving & Errands – Provide transportation to NYC and local errands as needed.

Ideal Candidate:‍

• Proven experience in property management, building engineering, or estate operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism.
