Customer Support Specialist
Our client, a luxury brand specializing in kitchen and bath products, is looking for a professional and dependable temporary client / showroom support specialist to join their San Francisco, CA team for 4-5 months!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting SF showroom team with order management / client support.
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, entering orders, managing the order process (which included client communications) until the order ships.
- Responsible for operational tasks like unpacking samples, inventory, etc.
- Sales support in the form of qualifying walk in traffic/answering phones.
- Quoting for sales orders/spec packet preparation.
- Preparing for client visits (set up conference room).
- Assisting with organizing/ordering samples.
- Help with showroom inventory.
Requirements:
- Understands great customer service, savvy with technology Microsoft office, excel, and not afraid to work with our internal systems.
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written), professional presentation.
- This is an on-site role. Must be able to reliably commute to San Francisco, CA to be considered.
