Sales Assistant

Our client, a wholesale apparel brand, is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to join their growing team!


Job Responsibilities:‍

• Assist account executives with all aspects of account management.
• Retrieve weekly sales reports and compile information by account.
• Support in tracking all inventory
• Retrieve monthly/weekly stock to sales recaps.
• Manage order templates, order entry, etc.
• Coordinate, inventory and organize all samples. Send out samples as required and track return.
• Set up and maintain showroom.
• Assist in market appointments and trade shows.
• Assist Account Executives with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales assistant or showroom sales experience.
• Experience with inventory management
• Strong understanding of the Off Price Market
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel expert), Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $55-65k commensurate with experience
