Are you a meticulous Proofreader with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for crafting clear, compelling messaging? A creative agency is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team, primarily supporting our email marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our marketing materials are polished, professional, and compliant. You will be responsible for reviewing a high volume of marketing content and disclaimers, ensuring that every piece aligns with brand standards, adheres to legal and regulatory guidelines, and maintains the highest level of clarity and consistency.


Type: Temp-To-Hire

Pay: $32/hr - $37/hr

Location: Long Beach; On-Site

Schedule: Part-Time to Full Time hours


Key Responsibilities:‍

• Proofread and edit marketing content, with a focus on email campaigns
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy
• Review and verify disclaimers for legal and factual accuracy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging
• Assist with copywriting as needed
• Perform proofreading tasks using Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Qualifications:

• Copywriting experience is highly desirable
• Experience in the home building or real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for proofing and markups
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Previous experience in proofreading, copywriting, or copy editing
