Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A dynamic and growing real estate firm specializing in commercial office and multifamily assets ia seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Founders, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial health and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Reporting:
• Develop and implement robust financial reporting systems to ensure transparency.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize operational efficiency.
Business Development & Growth:
• Identify new investment opportunities and revenue streams.
• Work closely with the Founders on strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Optimize pricing and market positioning for portfolio properties.
Financial Management & Capital Strategy:
• Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial KPIs.
• Build relationships with financial institutions to secure funding and optimize capital structure.
• Lead financing negotiations for new projects and acquisitions.
Leadership & Team Development:
• Mentor and manage finance and accounting teams.
• Oversee recruitment and training of key financial personnel.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and capital structuring.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
