Digital Merchandise Coordinator

A leading beauty retailer seeks a Digital Merchandise Product Coordinator to support the digital merchandising team and partner brands. We create seamless, client-first experiences across web, mobile, and in-store platforms, and are seeking someone to execute best-in-class product and content rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:‍

• Assist digital merchandising and brand teams with SKU setup and content management
• Support execution of product launches and product page updates to meet go-live deadlines
• Collaborate with brand partners to upload and maintain accurate product content
• Conduct QA to ensure optimal client experience on product and brand pages
• Monitor and update key product details across content management tools
• Work across multiple teams to maintain merchandising accuracy and consistency
• Uphold brand values of innovation, teamwork, initiative, and client-centric service
  
  

Qualifications:‍

• 1–2+ years of experience in retail distribution, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer environments
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with content management tools is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Self-starter with initiative and flexibility to work independently and cross-functionally
