Business Development Associate
Syndicatebleu is seeking a talented Business Development professional to join our growing sales and recruiting team at our SF office in the financial district.
We partner with the top firms in creative, tech, marketing, advertising, fashion and media and are looking to expand our portfolio.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive, personable, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to take their sales career to the next level.

What you will do:
- Locating potential new business by contacting prospective clients and selling our recruiting services through cold calling, networking, client lunches/visits/meetings, etc.
- Collaborating with our recruiting teams to provide the best customer service and creative staffing solutions to new clients
- Identifying market trends by delving into industry news and publications, researching events, and tracking individual contributors
- Staying current with our vibrant industry by seeking out educational opportunities, maintaining personal and social networks, and participating in professional organizations and attending career fairs and events
What you will need:
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales
- Previous experience and comfortable with cold calling and cold outreach
- Excellent communication and outstanding presentation skills
- A proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs
- An entrepreneurial spirit with capacity to thrive in a fast paced, creative environment with unlimited growth opportunity
- A Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards and search platforms as well as proficiency with MS Office Suite and Teams.
