Based in the New York office, Antonia Salvucci joins Fourth Floor with strong search experience across multiple sectors and over 15 years of recruitment experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at West Chester University, followed by a Master of Science in Business Administration from Neumann College, before beginning her executive search career at top global search firms. After honing her skills as a lead member of the Talent Acquisition team at a major fashion house for seven years, Antonia now specializes in senior-level executive search, as well as confidential searches for CEO’s. At Fourth Floor, Antonia approaches each search with an analytical eye and has a deep commitment to relationship development and client service.
