Becca Horowitz

Becca Horowitz always wanted to find a way to work with people and began recruiting because it allows her to not only work with others but help them as well. Her favorite aspect of this industry is the relationships she builds and how rewarding it is to place someone in a position they love. She looks for kindness, responsibility, and excitement in candidates and would tell any job seeker that patience is key. Becca studied at the University of Delaware and, outside of her time at Syndicatebleu, gained experience in the healthcare and advertising spaces. In her free time, Becca loves to try new restaurants and spend time with her friends and family.
