Morgan Baravalle

Morgan Baravalle works on the Syndicatebleu team in New York, NY. She received her bachelor’s degree in both Political Science and Urban Studies, with a minor in Chinese, from Trinity College. Prior to joining Syndicatebleu, Morgan was an intern for a small boutique PR firm in New York. She became interested in recruiting when she realized she could combine her interest in the employment market and her passion for helping others find their dream job. In her current role, Morgan loves building relationships with her clients while having a direct impact on her candidates’ lives. On her days off, Morgan enjoys running, listening to podcasts, and laying on the beach whenever possible.
