Olivia von Halle

Olivia von Halle is an Account Executive on the Fourth Floor Team in New York. She holds a degree in Psychology from McGill University in Montreal. Olivia was first inspired to become a recruiter by her mom, who also works in Talent Acquisition. In her current role, Olivia loves matchmaking and helping people find new work that they are passionate about. She is passionate about meeting new people and forming strong, long-lasting relationships. Her advice to job seekers: be resourceful and show initiative! Prior to joining Fourth Floor, Olivia worked in Sales and Marketing with a supply chain management software company. Outside of work, Olivia can be found exploring NYC, dancing, and trying new restaurants.
