Graphic Designer - Hardlines & Softlines
A leading toy/entertainment company is seeking a temp Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life and make an impact on a global scale. Here, you will be involved in creative pitches, crafting style guides, and driving licensing initiatives for some of the most iconic brands! This position involves creating compelling visuals, inspiring collections, and maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. You will play a key role in supporting Hardlines and Softlines Category for licensing and product development
Duration: 02/03/25 - 6/29/25
Pay: $35.10-44.23/hr
Location: El Segundo; Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide creative support for priority licensees and programs, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Develop original graphics, mock-ups, and artwork to support American Girl CP/Franchise Creative efforts.
- Oversee creative product development and manage the approval process across all categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain creative consistency and brand alignment.
- Handle logistical aspects of projects, including tracking and sharing updates within the organization.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in licensing or product design.
- Proficiency in brand approval processes, including experience with tools like Brand Comply or similar platforms.
- A strong background in creative design and product development, with specific expertise in Softlines.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with online Data Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Solid knowledge of the Consumer Products industry.
- Demonstrated growth mindset, characterized by curiosity, a willingness to embrace challenges, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
