Marketing Manager

A leading transportation manufacturer specializing in high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and support business growth. This role requires a mix of creativity and analytical expertise to develop and execute campaigns, manage content, coordinate events, and analyze market trends.



Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $110-$130k (commensurate on candidate experience)

Location: Riverside, CA

Schedule: 5 days on site



Key Responsibilities‍

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print.
• Create compelling marketing materials—brochures, presentations, and social media content—to support sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and promotional events to engage with customers and showcase our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize engagement.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
  

What We’re Looking For‍

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, or transportation.
• A strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong creative and analytical skills to develop innovative campaigns and measure success.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media ads, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Google Analytics.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset—ready to pivot when needed and drive continuous improvement.
